Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in home care environments. This position requires a strong commitment to supporting patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities and infectious diseases.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide support for mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.

Engage with patients in a compassionate manner, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

We do offer CPR/First Aid if you do not have it. A PCA test will also be given to candidates interested in the position that do not possess a CNA License.

Previous experience in patient care or senior care is preferred.

Knowledge of infectious disease care practices is highly desirable.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
